Governor’s Office lists recent appointments

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has made the following appointments:

• Edward J. Roth III of Canton (Stark County) has been appointed to the Northeast Ohio Medical University Board of Trustees for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and ending Sept. 21, 2031.

• Heidi L. Gartland of Hudson (Summit County) has been appointed to the Northeast Ohio Medical University Board of Trustees for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and ending Sept. 21, 2031.

• Kathy Doseck of Anna (Shelby County) has been appointed to the Northeast Ohio Medical University Board of Trustees for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and ending Sept. 21, 2031.

• Shelley Roth of Shaker Heights (Cuyahoga County) has been appointed to the Cuyahoga Community College Board of Trustees for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and ending Oct. 12, 2027.

• Lorina W. Wise of Reynoldsburg (Licking County) has been reappointed to the Columbus State Community College Board of Trustees for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and ending Aug. 31, 2031.

• James R. Fowler of Columbus (Franklin County) has been reappointed to the Columbus State Community College Board of Trustees for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and ending Aug. 31, 2031.

• Jerome C. Revish II of Powell (Delaware County) has been reappointed to the Columbus State Community College Board of Trustees for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and ending Aug. 31, 2031.

• Richard C. Simpson of Upper Arlington (Franklin County) has been appointed to the Ohio Higher Educational Facility Commission for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and ending Jan. 1, 2027.

• Jim Otte of Columbus (Franklin County) has been designated to serve as Chair of the Broadcast Educational Media Commission for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and continuing at the pleasure of the Governor.

• Mark G. Wasylyshyn of Bowling Green (Wood County) has been appointed to the County Sheriffs’ Standard Car-Marking and Uniform Commission for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and continuing at the pleasure of the Governor.

• Orvis L. Campbell of New Philadelphia (Tuscarawas County) has been appointed to the County Sheriffs’ Standard Car-Marking and Uniform Commission for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and continuing at the pleasure of the Governor.

• Kurt J. Schneider of Ashland (Ashland County) has been appointed to the County Sheriffs’ Standard Car-Marking and Uniform Commission for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and continuing at the pleasure of the Governor.

• Daniel P. Driscoll of Springfield (Clark County) has been appointed to the Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and ending Sept. 3, 2026.

• Tedd E. Frazier of Jackson (Jackson County) has been reappointed to the Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and ending Sept. 3, 2028.

• Gary D. Lewis, Jr. of Gahanna (Franklin County) has been reappointed to the Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and ending Sept. 3, 2028.

• Vernon P. Stanforth of Washington Court House (Fayette County) has been reappointed to the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and ending Sept. 19, 2028.

• Thomas E. Kochert of Edon (Williams County) has been appointed to the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and ending Sept. 19, 2027.

• Andrew D. Powers of Athens (Athens County) has been appointed to the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and ending Sept. 19, 2027.

• Georgine Welo of South Euclid (Cuyahoga County) has been appointed to the Transportation Review Advisory Council for a term beginning Sept. 26, 2025 and ending June 29, 2028.
