Cincinnati Children’s again recognized by Forbes as being among America’s Best Employers for Women

Cincinnati Children’s has once again earned a place on Forbes’ list of America’s Best Employers for Women, extending a streak that dates back to the award’s inception in 2018. The recognition highlights the health system’s ongoing commitment to supporting women in the workplace.
 
Of the 700 companies across all industries recognized by Forbes for 2026, Cincinnati Children’s ranked No. 39 among America’s Best Employers for Women. Cincinnati Children’s was the second-highest ranked pediatric health system in the nation, No. 3 across all industries in Ohio and No. 1 in Cincinnati among America’s Best Employers for Women, according to Forbes.  
 
Cincinnati Children’s is one of the region’s largest employers, with a workforce of more than 19,600 employees. The health system’s physicians, nurses and support staff handle more than 1.7 million patient encounters annually.
