Chillicothe man charged with making terroristic threats

On Sept. 13, the Ross County Sheriff’s Office received information concerning a threat of violence to multiple individuals. An investigation into this threat was immediately initiated.
On Sept. 14,, as part of this investigation, credible information was obtained that indicated the alleged threat involved conduct which was to occur on a future date, at a certain time and at a specific location.
Based upon this information, Michael Graham, 21, of Chillicothe was placed under arrest. He was taken into custody without incident on Sept. 14.

Graham has been charged with inducing panic, a first-degree misdemeanor, and making terroristic threats, a third-degree felony. He is currently being held in the Ross County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
The investigation is ongoing, and the Ross County Sheriff’s Office is working closely with the Chillicothe Police Department, Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The sheriff’s office is not releasing any other details at this time.
