Car, semi crash investigated on S.R. 124

The Ohio State Highway Patrol and Paint Creek Joint EMS and Fire responded to a two-vehicle crash in the 5900 block of state Route 124 west of Hillsboro at approximately 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 11.

The accident reportedly occurred just after a bus had stopped in a low-lying area of the roadway, when a Buick LeSabre crashed into the rear of a Peterbilt semi.

Injuries were reported at the scene.

The OSHP is investigating.
