Hillsboro FFA members attend State Ag Biotech CDE Contest

Hillsboro FFA Chapter

On Jan. 23, the Hillsboro FFA Chapter had four members compete in the State Ag Biotech Competition. This team included Dylan Bender, Adalyn Gaines, Kenny Shawhan and Claire Winkle. 

This contest included a variety of tasks, including a team activity where members worked together to create a presentation, lab troubleshooting where contestants answered questions about the workings of a lab, tool identification, and more. Our team ended up placing second in the state. Congratulations to our Ag Biotech team.
