Hillsboro FFA attends Ag Communications CDE Contest

On Feb. 14, four Hillsboro FFA Students attended the Ag Communications CDE Contest at The Ohio State University in Columbus. 

There was a mock press conference about the Ohio Agronomy Guide updates. 

Then, students worked together as a team to write a special edition magazine article for the FFA New Horizons magazine, write an article, make a radio broadcast, and make social media posts with a plan for each day. 

Then, the team worked together to reply to questions about our plan for communicating with the public about the newly updated Ohio Agronomy Guide and how everything we did related back to that topic. 

They placed 17th in the state.
