On May 1-2, the Hillsboro Great Oaks FFA Chapter attended the 97th Ohio FFA Convention. During the last session held on Friday, May 2, three members were awarded the highest honor you can in the state of Ohio, the FFA State Degree.

These members were Grace Allen, Cameron Burkard and Kallie Sharp. These three members showed dedication and hard work throughout their SAE projects that had to be completed and finalized by the state.

In order to obtain this honor, these members had to stay on top of their record books in AET putting in the time they spent with their projects, they must earn $2,500 from their projects and do 25 hours of community service. We are so proud of these members and can’t wait to see what they accomplish in the future.
