On Saturday, March 29, art students from all the FAC (Frontier Athletic Conference) schools — which include McClain, Hillsboro, Washington C.H., Chillicothe, Jackon, and Miami Trace – will come together for a collective art show.

This year’s FAC Art Show is hosted by McClain and will be held in the McClain High School building. The show is open to the public from noon to 3 p.m. Refreshments will also be available to those attending.

Through various media and techniques, McClain High School will be represented by submissions from members of the art club. Categories will include drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics, artisan crafting, digital art, photography, graphic art, mixed media, and printmaking.

All pieces submitted will be judged by a panel of artists including former students, a former art teacher, and community members.

There are always good things happening in the Greenfield Exempted Village School District. To stay informed, you can go to the district website at greenfield.k12.oh.us or by checking out the district’s social media platforms. Each building also has their own Facebook pages, as do some groups within the schools.
