Donna Foley

Donna Foley, 90, of Hillsboro, passed away Monday, July 24, 2023.

She was born Dec. 28, 1932 in Bellville, W.Va., the daughter of the late Chester and Monna (Lowers) Toomey.

Donna is survived by her son, Jeffrey Foley of Hillsboro; two grandchildren, Laura Bickford and Peter Foley; five great-grandchildren, Katie, Lucy, Annie, Jennie and Winslow; sister, Virginia Miller of Vienna, W.Va.; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.

Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Hansford “Gene” Foley, on July 6, 2000; three sisters; and one brother.

Graveside services will be Thursday July 27, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. at the Resthaven Memory Gardens in Hillsboro.
