4 from Chillicothe accused of armed robbery at Circleville park
On June 8, the Circleville Police Department Communications Center received a 911 call regarding an alleged armed robbery at Ted Lewis Park.
Circleville police officers responded to the park and spoke with the victims, who were able to give detailed statements of the incident. The suspects eluded police until June 15.
Investigators were able to identify all the suspects who allegedly engaged in the armed robbery. Throughout the morning hours of June 15, Circleville investigators met with Chillicothe Police Department investigators and arrested four suspects. All suspects were transported to the Pickaway County Sheriff's Office.
Arrested and charged were:
• Austin M. Garner, 19, of Chillicothe was charged with aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony.
• Aiden H. Hill, 18, of Chillicothe was charged with aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony.
• Ethan M. Leist, 20, of Chillicothe was charged with aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, and a probation violation.
• Anthony C. Long Jr., 19, of Chillicothe was charged with aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony.
