Lady Tigers defeat MP for SCOL win

LONDON — The McClain Lady Tiger golf team were winners Monday over the Madison-Plains Lady Golden Eagles by 26 strokes, for a 196-222 at Locust Hills Golf Course for a South Central Ohio League win.

Leading the way with the overall low score was Savannah Olaker for the Lady Tigers, shooting a 48.

Morgan Dettwiller and Shania Massie each finished with a 49 for the Lady Tigers. Brittany Massie scored a 50, and Kaylee Smith finished with a 73.

Scores for Madison-Plains included: Kaylin Dill 49, Bailley Stephens 53, Shelby Clark 54 and Hailey Matheny 66.

MHS will play in their next game, a SCOL matchup, against Clinton-Massie at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 16 in Clinton County.[[In-content Ad]]
