NCB, a leading community bank in southwestern Ohio, is proud to support the “Shop Local” initiative at the annual Festival of the Bells in Uptown Hillsboro from July 5-7.

The Bank will provide a large tent for local artists to display and sell their work at the three-day event.

“As a community bank, we are dedicated to serving our residents and businesses, and the festival presents a great opportunity to support our local artists by providing a venue to showcase their artwork,” said Deb Jones, NCB Ohio Co-President.

Artists featured in the NCB tent must have handmade or crafted their wares within Highland, Adams, Brown or Clinton counties. There is a $25 charge for booth space, which NCB will donate to the Highland County Relay for Life charity. To date, those participating include:

• Photography by Emmy Lee - Emmy Jenkins -  locally photographed artwork, photo sessions at discount, framed photographs.

• Wood Chuck Chainsaw Carving - Chuck Georges - chainsaw carvings, including:  bears, eagles, turkeys, mushrooms, raccoons and more.

• Cabin Creek Primitives - Dave Stafford - Cabinets, tables, benches, mail boxes, handmade soap and more.

• Nice Things by Nina - Janet Epley - Hair bows, hair accessories and other items for girls.

• Kreations by Kara - Kara Juillerat - unique fused glass jewelry.

• Hollon Primitives - Gary & Rhonda Hollon - Primitive wood crafts and handmade lights, cabinets, spoon holders, bowl racks and more.

• Dave’s Welding – Dave Waller – Barn stars, wrought iron items and metal arts

There is limited space still available in NCB’s artist tent.
