HCSO investigating theft, trespassing along S.R. 124

The Highland County Sheriff's Office is investigating a theft and criminal trespass that occurred at a private property in the 13900 block of state Route 124 in Highland County.

On Thursday, Sept. 24 at approximately 10:17 a.m., a property owner reported to the Sheriff's Office that surveillance video captured an unknown male removing property from an outbuilding on the site the previous day, Wednesday, Sept. 23.

Deputies reviewed the surveillance footage and identified a suspect in the case. Donald Ray Click III, 41, is charged with criminal trespass (O.R.C. 2911.21) and theft (O.R.C. 2913.02).

There is an active warrant out for his arrest in relation to this incident. Donald Ray Click III is described as being 5' 5" tall and 260 pounds.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
