The Hillsboro boys and girls bowling teams each won the 2018-19 Frontier Athletic Conference championship in their respective tournaments.

Both teams were also undefeated in the FAC this season with records of 15-0 in the conference. Hillsboro’s Selena Mingua scored a 196 to become the FAC girls Bowler of the Year.

All-Conference selections for the girls included: Mingua (HHS) 196, Gabby McCord (MT) 181, Maddy Gilbert (CHS) 176, Taylor Jordan (HHS) 173, Halie Hughes (HHS) 170, Lindsey Buckner (WHS) 168 and Maitlyn Cade (WHS) 167.

The girls final standings include: Hillsboro (15-0), Miami Trace (12-3), Washington (9-6), Jackson (4-11), Chillicothe (2-13) and McClain (1-14).

The boys standings are as follows: Hillsboro (15-0), Miami Trace (12-3), Jackson (7-8), Chillicothe (6-9), Washington (5-10) and McClain (0-15).

All-Conference selections for FAC boys include: Andrew Amore (MT) 231- Bowler of the Year, Christian McConehea (HHS) 222, Austin Knisley (WHS) 209, Hunter Springer (HHS) 200, Owen Mullins (WHS) 199, Shawn Woodyard (JHS) 194 and Brendon Ormes (HHS) 188.
