All-FAC softball team released; Hillsboro leads the way with 5 all-conference honorees
The Frontier Athletic Conference has named its softball all-conference team, as announced Monday.
Eleven athletes were selected, with Hillsboro comprising nearly half the team with five All-FAC selections. McClain had one softball player named All-FAC.
The Player of the Year was Leah Alford of Jackson.
Named to the All-FAC team were:
• Hillsboro: Gracey Dearmon, Kinsey Gilliland, Halle Reveal, Kayla Roberts and Camryn Spruell;
• McClain: Abby Atkinson;
• Chillicothe: Emma Fromm;
• Jackson: Leah Alford (POY);
• Miami Trace: Sidney Payton; and
• Washington: Makenna Knisley and Kassidy Olsson.
