Have you ever try to reason with someone suffering from hysteria? It is impossible, isn’t it?

As parents, we have sometimes had to deal with a child in a hysterical condition. What do you tell them? Calm down so I can talk to you.

If you think back over the last few years, when it comes to the Far Left, “hysteria” could describe their reaction to anything with which they disagree.

A few examples:

Trump – Hysteria.
1st Amendment – Hysteria.
2nd Amendment – Hysteria.
COVID – Hysteria.
Hunter Biden – Oops, silence.
Supreme Court justices selected by Republican presidents – Hysteria.
Roe v. Wade – Hysteria.
Police Funding – Hysteria.
Climate Change – Hysteria.
Personal Pronouns – Hysteria.
Critical Race Theory – Hysteria.
Elon Musk – Hysteria.
Twitter – Hysteria.
Fact Checkers – Hysteria.
Border violations – Hysteria.
January 6 – Hysteria.
Russian Collusion – Hysteria.
XL Pipeline – Hysteria.
Stolen 2020 election – Hysteria.
Coal, Oil & Gas – Hysteria.
Masks – Hysteria.
Disney – Hysteria.

I am sure I have missed a few.

The mistake on the part of us not suffering from hysteria is that we have tried to reason with these people while they are suffering from hysteria. Again, you wouldn’t do that with a child, so why are we doing it with adults?

President Biden seems to be good at creating new departments these days. I suggest he create a Department of Hysterical People. He needs to put a whole bunch from his own camp in there until they calm down. Should probably report to the Department of Justice.

Suggest this be an internment sort of facility, probably located in California. Soothing music, lattes from Starbucks, etc. Caution: make sure the pillows on the beds are NOT from My Pillow and never serve Chick-fil-A.

And of course, you will only need one restroom.
