Virginia Lee Adams, 73, of Leesburg, passed away Friday, June 8, 2018 at Adena Regional Medical Center.

She was born the daughter of the late George and Harriet (Miller) Hamilton on Jan. 10, 1945 in Leesburg.

Virginia worked as a waitress in Lytle’s Restaurant.

She is survived by her husband, Maurice Adams Sr., whom she married July 14, 1969; four children, Suzie Beekman of Washington Court House, Angela (Bill) Bressler of Freemont, Ind., Maurice "Marty" (Julia) Adams of Seaman and Bobbi Lynn (Clint) Brown of Leesburg; 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Eilene (Max) Carson of Greenfield and Mary Smith of Bainbridge; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Isaiah Beekman; son-in-law, Mike Beekman; and siblings, Edward and George Hamilton, Kathryn Strain, Jane Ralph and Dorothy Hamilton.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 14, 2018 from noon until time of service at 2 p.m. at the Turner Funeral Home in Leesburg. Funeral services will begin immediately following visitation at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Rev. Tim Case and Rev. Victor Adams will officiate.

In keeping with Virginia's wishes, she will be cremated.
