Linda Lou Howland, 70, of Peebles, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2021 at Hospice of Hope Care Center in Maysville, Ky.
 
She was born Oct. 13, 1951, in Greenfield, the daughter of John and Betty (Price) Caplinger.
 
Linda was a truck driver.
 
She is survived by her partner, Ted Ross; six children, Hope (Travis) Monroe of Greenfield, Christopher Davis (Tina Green) of Peebles, Josh (Regina) Davis of Peebles, Betty Green (Kenneth Blair) of Peebles, Sasha (Charlie) Shutz of Wilmington and Levi (Kelli) Ross of Wilmington; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one sister, Sheila Pinkerton of Peebles; one brother, Rusty Mootispaw of Peebles; and several nieces and nephews.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Howland, on Dec. 18, 1998; one brother, David Pinkerton; one nephew, Dusty Pinkerton; father, John Caplinger; and mother, Betty Mootispaw.
 
Funeral service will be Friday, Oct. 22 at noon at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Rev. Jason Yoakum officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenfield Cemetery.
 
Visitation will be Friday from 10 a.m. until noon at the funeral home.
