A Greenfield man found guilty of sexual imposition during an October jury trial was sentenced last week in Highland County Common Pleas Court.

A jury found Willie Braxton Scott, 23, of Greenfield guilty of sexual imposition, a third-degree misdemeanor. He was found not guilty of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a fourth-degree felony. The age of the victim in the sexual imposition case was not listed in the indictment.

Scott was sentenced Nov. 13, where he was ordered to serve 15 days in the Highland County Jail and placed under two years of community control, according to court records. He will be designated a Tier I sex offender, where he will be required to register once a year for 15 years.
