On Dec. 28 at approximately 2:04 a.m., five subjects broke into the Fayetteville-Perry Middle School/High School building. The subjects were caught on camera vandalizing and walking through the school hallways.

After a thorough investigation and over 50 tips from the public, the Fayetteville Police Department was able to identify all five subjects and charged them. Three were juveniles, and two were adults.

All five subjects were charged with breaking and entering and vandalism, which are felony charges. The case was turned over to the Brown County Prosecutor’s Office for prosecution.
