The older we get to be, the more we realize that our hearts and lives need to be more greatly assured that we are heading directly to the wonderful and marvelous Heaven.

To receive Jesus Christ into our hearts as our personal Savior is the right way of wisdom to begin and then to grow in our lives. This wonderful, eternal truth is our “tree of life” that is spoken about being planted again, as we find, who are eventually in Heaven one day (Revelation 22:2-3).

Jesus Christ sets the actual believer and the person who is learning to trust Him into freedom from the ungodliness that is so present in the lives of those who are without faith in Him. This is what made America so blessed and right as many came to begin in a land of the free (to worship Christ) and then to bravely stand for what the Bible rightly declares.

King David writes in Psalm 27:1, “The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?” This one verse should take up our lifetimes on earth to ponder and apply, even if we are opposed by situations and other folks. David and many others opposed to him trusting God, and that is opposed to life today for many folks.

Love we understand that we receive from Christ needs to daily grow. Romans 8:38, 39 informs us “that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

It is absolutely serious that men are to realize the truth of life as a father and teacher of youth. We must desire that children receive glory from a life that is in righteousness because it is in Christ!

“If ye know that he (God) is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him” (1 John 2:29). Far more important it is to live more strongly in the power of God than it is to announce to the world how great and Godly you are. It is wonderful to know in our hearts that we are positionally in Christ as our Savior!

Peter writes the question that even now comes to every person who has considered Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord: “And saying, ‘Where is the promise of His coming? For since the Fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation” (2 Peter 3:4).

The Memorial Day custom that we wisely will celebrate in our blessed nation began to be recognized at the end of the Civil War in the 1860s. We have intended to establish the significant people and events that brought America the proper and healthy history we should love.

In the Bible book of Daniel, we are given a wonderful example by the striking young man whose choice is done in courage and effectiveness. He is a Godly young man who takes seriously his responsibility to maintain the right standards and testimonies for glorifying God in Heaven.
