GREENFIELD — The boys and girls McClain track and field teams won their home tri-meet with the Adena Warriors and Zane Trace Pioneers, Tuesday at McClain Field.

Individual winners for the Lady Tigers included:

• Trish Poole in the pole vault and 300-meter hurdles.

• Chayden Pitzer in the 110-hurdles, 100m dash and 200m dash.

• Ashley Hardesty in the 400m dash.

• 4x100m relay team of Vanessa Smith, Hunter Scott, Ashley Hardesty and Chayden Pitzer.




Individual winners for the Lady Tigers included:

• Tristan Pitzer in the long jump, 100m and 200m dash.

• Landree Gray in the 110m and 300m hurdles.

• Reece Schluep in the 1600m run and 800m run.

• The 4x100m relay team of Tristan Pitzer, Landree Gray, Tyler Jackson and Jensen Knaff.

• The 4x200m team of David Jett, Ethan Cockerill, Tyler Jackson and Trevor Newkirk.

• The 4x400m relay team of David Jett, Steven Kent, Tyler Jackson and Trevor Newkirk.

• The 4x800m relay team of Johnny Free, Kaleb Shepherd, Justin Osborne and Reece Schluep.

The McClain track and field team will travel to Hillsboro on Thursday for an invitational, with field events scheduled to start at 4:30 p.m. Track events begin at 5 p.m.
