Betty J. Robinson, 89, of Greenfield, passed away Friday, Feb. 9, 2018 at her home.
 
She was born May 31, 1928 in Bainbridge, the daughter of Clark and Ruth (Beatty) Mann.
 
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Greenfield, Order of the Eastern Star, Knitting Club and Bridge Club. She retired from Greenfield Area Medical Center, after serving as the executive assistant to the administrator for many years and continuing to work as a volunteer and eventually a board member. She also served as the high school secretary and had other numerous part-time jobs, such as with the Home Building & Loan and Greenfield Printing & Publishing, and was a graduate of the Bainbridge High School.
 
She is survived by two daughters, Jan (Lonnie) Wilson of Greenfield and Susan Copeland of Ft. Myers, Fla.; four grandchildren, Garret (Jessica) Copeland and Tamra (Adam Root) Copeland, both of Ft. Myers, Fla., Allyson (Tylor) Wright of Greenfield and Amber (Tom) Goecke of Columbus; nine grandchildren, Madeline, Gavin, Magarah, Meyer, Bexley, Boston, Chase, Hanna and Ella; one brother, Ray (Helen) Mann of Dayton; two sisters-in-law, Wanda Robinson of Washington C.H. and Katy Seilkop of Greenfield; four special nieces, Nicole, Margaret, Annie and Barbie; and special friend, Lori Clouser.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald “Softy” Robinson, on Dec. 1, 2010; and both parents.
 
Cremation will take place, and a memorial service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14 at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Pastor Mike Anderson officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in the Greenfield Cemetery.    
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m.. Tuesday at the funeral home.
